In my quest to lead a more plant based diet by experimenting and adding more family friendly yummy vegetarian recipes to our regular family meal repertoire, I admit I still occasionally enjoy a bit of chicken with my whole grain rice or pasta and vegetables. I see more vegetarian “chicken” in my future. If you know of some good recipes using non GMO soy chicken style products ( Lightlife, Yves, etc.) or have a recipe for a homemade meatless "chicken" without the use of tree nuts ( my son has a severe allergy), please share. I need to do much more experimentation so I don't have to rely on the bank robber to watch my food bank.
