Hello Friends,
 Check out this new easy delicious lower sodium  recipe for Teriyaki-Ginger Roasted Tofu with steamed Vegetables and Brown Rice in the Kid Approved Real Recipes section.
It is delicious, simple to make, and full of vegetables and fiber and deliciousness you are sure to enjoy. It makes a great dish to share at a Potluck event for vegetarians and omnivores.
As an added bonus, the Harris Teeter HT Traders Teriyaki sauce I use is on sale with VIC card ! I love the glass bottle that can be repurposed into a flower vase using real or artificial flowers.
