_Hello Friends,
I just ran across these deals today and just had to give the gift of sharing good news and the gift of savings on yummy healthy real foods. This holiday season, get in the habit of sharing good news with others so we can all TAKE BACk all the Good things God has for us.
Enjoy these goodies and SHARE the GIFT.

1. RARE! PRINT NOW and/or ask for a mailed coupon! $2 off any 2  6-pack COUPON for Zevia, stevia sweetened natural sodas. Go for the ginger ale or ginger root beer for a natural soda treat with REAL GINGER. Great no glycemic effect natural sweetener for your diabetic relatives and friends.  SuperTarget and Kroger sells these regularly for $4.99.
Kroger has these on sale for only $3.99 until the end of the year. Go to zevia.com website and click on the coupons tab in the bottom left corner to print or complete the short request form to have them sent to your home. Do both and enjoy the savings. They mail the coupon postcard to your home very fast.

2. Uncle Ben's now sells not only the whole grain white rice and partially cooked brown rice that takes only 10 minutes to prepare, but they now have individual microwave friendly servings of brown rice with only 4 ingredients. Go to http://www.unclebens.com/Coupon/Index to print a coupon for $1 off any 2. These cups are only $1-$1.05 in Wal-mart and Target and are the perfect portion of brown rice to go with my steamed vegetables at work.

3. CVS has Filippo Berio olive oil on sale again for $3.99 until December 24 2011. Hurry and print the $1 off coupon ( you can print 2 times) from  www.filippoberio.com website for even more savings. Olive oil for only $2.99 final price per 16.9 oz GLASS bottle. I emphasize this as I am biased and prefer my olive oil in glass bottles.

4. CVS also has their CVS brand whole cashews on sale for $6.49 per 20 oz can. Go for the lightly salted (you can't tell the difference) or unsalted versions for a heart healthy blood pressure friendly treat. CVS card members, check your email of Xtra card for the $4 off any $20 purchase coupon for even more savings

5. While not food related it is still a good deal.
$1 and more off Rayovac batteries. [FaceBook coupons] They also have reasonably priced rechargable to save your wallet and the environment. Big Lots stores sell the rechargeable batteries for only $6 for a 4 pack of AA batteries. Be sure to ask your cashier for the Rayovac rebate coupon for even more savings.

Don't forget to give the gift of sharing. The season means nothing if you don't share ALL the good news of HOPE and HEALTH.
