If you or someone you know has a Costco membership, then please  RUN to the nearest Costco to snag some of these Sunrise Energy bars. They are a DELICIOUS raw, vegan, soft, chewy, finger-lickin, can't-eat-just-one, ugly energy bar.
There are 570 omega-3 fatty acids per bar. I dare you to east just one. The energy comes from the simple ingredients including oats, quinoa, chia seeds, cashews, flax, etc.
For only ~$10 you cannot beat this as a healthy emergency snack, post work-out snack, survival kit food, lunchbox addition or just a treat. Grab one pack, put a bow on it and you have a ready made healthy delicious gift.  Don't forget to keep one at home for on the go enjoyment.
Remember count ingredients not calories to find REAL yummy food to help you look and feel awesome!

I just had to give a quick share of these awesome organic deals on culinary oils at Whole Foods.

Spectrum Organic Shortening on sale $4.99. Use the $3 off Spectrum culinary oil coupon in the Whole Foods/Mambo Sprouts booklet to save BIG on this naturally trans fat free, sustainabely sourced palm oil just in time for holiday baking. $4.99-$3 coupon= FINAL price $1.99. Regular price is $7.29 so this is a huge bargain.

$1 off Nutiva coupon is in the Whole Foods/Mambo Sprouts booklet
Enjoy Nutiva Red Palm Oil, Unrefined Coconut oil, Coconut manna, Shortening using this $1 savings.

If you have someone that really needs nothing or you have someone still on your shopping list for whom you cannot find the right gift, try giving the gift of health with a healthy homemade gift basket. You don't have to be creative with wrapping to make a nice gift presentation. Dollar Tree sells baskets and basket wrap kits and it will only cost you $2 total. How easy is that!

These make great gifts or additions to a homemade healthy gift basket for those wanting to lose weight to begin the new year (studies have shown coconut oil helps women lose belly fat), for vegan friends (red palm oil adds a delicious "butter like flavor and color" that I love), for homemade beauty regimens that beat wrinkles and teen skin issues, for the best natural solutions for dry hair.... the list goes on.

If you need ideas to include in your gift basket of healthy holiday love, print a copy of the Natural Beauty Secrets of the Bible Workshop booklets found in the Brochures section at www.thetakebacktour.com
Enjoy and share
