See below for a list of snacks the youth of my church have indicated they would love to see in their Noah's Ark party ( Halloween alternative) goodie bags. Not all these items are super healthy but they all have no fake colors, no fake sweeteners, taste great and are available where you shop. I will list them by store and their prices. Try them this hol and find great new lunchbox snacks your family will enjoy and move closer to a healthy junk-free lifestyle.

First, for my diabetic friends I would love to specifically list these items:
1. GoGo Squeeze applesauce pouches Wal-Mart $2.29/4pk or $6.97/pk of 12. This is the best tasting imported from France natural apple sauce.
2. Florida Naturals fruit juice nuggets $3.99/24 pack
3. Clif Kids fruit rope or fruit strips $3.99/pk of 8
4. Clif Kids Z-bar $3.99/pk of 6 (also on sale at Target this week for $3.49)
5. Crystal Light Pure Fitness, $2.20/pk of 8
6. Other snack bags items requested include 100 calorie packs of snack crackers: Cheeze Its, Teddy Grahams, Sun Chips (cheddar)
