Hello Friends,
I love FALL!!!!! This weather is PERFECT for enjoying the outdoors so I have not spent a lot of time shopping. Nevertheless, I have observed some recent deals and new products that I thought I would share with you. Some of these would make a great donation to a church food pantry or local food bank.

Go to coupons.com to print some great coupons
$0.75 off Stretch Island fruit chews (just real fruit leather)
$1 off FIlipo Berio olive oil. CVS has the 16.9 oz on sale for $3.99 until 10/ 5/13. Final price with coupon $2.99
$1 off any 2 Hanover Bean Essentials ( find in your freezer section with the other frozen vegetables)
$0.75 off Cascadian Farms organic cereals or cereal bars

Rock the Lunchbox coupons available at http://www.rockthelunchbox.com/
$0.50 coupons for items such as Stoneyfield organic yogurt ( remember they also sell a vegan soy yogurt), Annie's Homegrown snacks, Organic Valley milk singles ( only $1 each at Kroger this week), and Honest Kids organic juices and drinks

Other Mambo Sprouts coupons
-$1 off Arrowhead Mills products
-$1 off Naturtint natural hair color
-$1 off Maranatha nut butters ( including tahini)
$2 off any Rice Select rice ( made in the USA)
$1 off any 2 Choice organic herbal teas
$1 off Organic Valley milk

Dollar Tree
-6 pack travel Mrs. Dash no salt seasoning
-Ground Cinnamon- a great natural ant and spider repellant to spread around your home
- pure vanilla extract
- Martinelli's 8 oz. sparkling cider in glass bottles- made in the USA from USA grown apples with natural non-fluoridated water ( ACT QUICK AS THESE SELL FAST!!)

Big Lots
Bob's Red Mill (non GMO) bean and whole grain products. Many gluten free choices are available as well. My 12 year old and I are now in love with the unbleached unbrominated flour for our baking. The taste of affordable quality is so refreshing. Prices range from $2.70 -7.99.

Target
-Zevia stevia sweetened sodas on sale for 3/$10 until 10/5/13
-Simply Balanced 90 second microwave heat and eat pouches of quinoa, black lentils, farro, etc for ~ $2. As I learn more about old fashioned, super healthy simple whole grains such as quinoa, quinoa and brown rice, and farro, it makes a great way to introduce myself to the uses in my family's recipes. The ingredients are salt ( usually less than 30mg) and the whole grain. Since they are precooked, I can simply add the lentils and quinoa to my tomatoes, vegetables and seasonings in place of brown rice or pasta. Coupled with the Harris Teeter HT Traders teriyaki sauce, it makes a great healthy tasty low processed carb meal to enjoy

Harris Teeter - some of these would make a great item to stock up on for church or food pantry donations as well as winter stock up for quick meals
- Muellers whole grain pasta buy 1 get 1 FREE
- Bertolli pasta sauce buy 2 get 3 FREE. AT $2.99 each it is like getting 5 bottles for $1.20 each!

Enjoy and share these deals so we can all enjoy simple wholesome food for busy picky people-like me!!
