Nutty Deals for Energy & Gorgeous Skin

Hello Friends,
We all know nuts are a great source of nutrients, taste great and keep your appetite and blood sugar under control. This week, Walgreen's has Emerald 10 oz canisters of almonds or jumbo whole cashews on sale 2 for $7. Planter’s whole cashews with sea salt are also on sale 2 for $7. What a great price! The Emerald nuts only have 85mg sodium per serving. While this is more than my usual CVS lightly salted 55mg per serving, I find it acceptable.
At this price you can stock up for Father's Day, Memorial Day, birthdays, hurricane preparedness kit or just a treat for yourself. Why cashews as a gift for Father’s Day? Cashews are one of the great non-animal sources of zinc. Zinc is essential for testosterone function and can contribute to increased stamina. Ladies: cashews are a great source of magnesium, and copper: 2 minerals essential for bone health, lower blood pressure, normal sleep in menopausal women, and beautiful wrinkle-free skin (copper is needed for collagen production). Increased stamina and beautiful skin-what a great reason for everyone to enjoy cashews (in moderation). Don’t forget to share this deal with others so that we all can live better.
