Hello Friends,
In honor of Earth Week last week, I  prepared a health newsletter I used as part of a short presentation at church this past  weekend. Please feel free to use it for your own church, work or other group. If interested, in tips for an effective presentation, email me at takebacktour@yahoo.com.
Here is one tip I used though. Take a foam plate and break it into small bite sized pieces. Have the ushers help you distribute it to the adults only !!! Begin with "take a bite of this yummy foam plate". Hopefully, no one will take you up on it. But if you microwave or conventional oven heat a polystyrene foam plate, it will melt and you ARE EATING IT!!!
Let me know if you have questions. My family knows how strongly I feel about microwaving foam plates- you might as well eat it- it is the same.
Good luck. If you need a Word copy to amend for your needs, I can send it as long as I get credit for writing it.

Nice post !!!!!An impressive share! I’ve just forwarded this onto a coworker who has been conducting a little research on this. And he in fact bought me breakfast due to the fact that I stumbled upon it for him… lol. So allow me to reword this…. Thanks for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending the time to talk about this matter here on your web page.
