One of my favorite pain relieving food recipes:
Sauté red or yellow potato slices in a cast iron skillet with coconut oil, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, chili powder, turmeric , rosemary and a dash of sea salt. For protein you can add tofu, chicken or vegetarian soy based "chicken" strips. Garlic, turmeric, rosemary and ginger have all been proven in studies to reduce the inflammation associated with arthritis pain. It sure helped my tendinitis this week and tasted great!
