2018 February Freeebies, Coupons and Daily Deals

Happy February Friends!
I know it has been a long time since I posted. I literally started the year off breaking my foot (thankfully my left one) on January 2 so I have been very slow in hunting down deals while shopping. I can say Food Lion stores have the most maneuverable motorized shopping carts that go faster and stop quicker than the ones at other stores. I have yet to knock down a display or hit anyone. Yeah!
Amazon Prime is one of my gifts from God with timely 2 day delivery of many shelf stable natural and organic items, facial tissues during the flu season and natural remedies normally found only in health food stores such as Whole Foods or your local co-op. Depending on the deal of the day, you may also find coupons for some of your favorite products. If you cannot find something and are unable to manage multiple store shopping to hunt  down the best deals, check amazon.com.
I would like to share some great coupons, daily deals and recent freebies to aid you in your continued healthier, less processed living. Stay tuned for some more quick recipes using REAL foods you can prepare quickly, even with a broken foot.
