I just got this freebie from Food Lion's Face Book page. Apparently they have a text club in which they send coupons and freebies directly on your MVP card so you don't have to remember to bring the coupon. I have a pre-paid phone and it worked for me and only cost $0.20! I just replied to the text with my MVP card #.
